I was not planning to retain this doe kid from a yearling first freshener....until she popped out so cute and flashy and with soooo much personality. I fell head over heels in love with this baby and she will be staying.
Te Fiti (named for the goddess in the Disney movie Moana) is the first kid born from her dam and her sire. I am very anxious to watch her mature and so far, I'm really liking what I see. She was born a small little mess of legs and took some time to start unfolding and going from "that cute little no-eared baby" to something that is really starting to catch my eye. I think she'll be too small to get noticed in the show ring this year, but I'm hoping she has many accomplishments in her future.
