--------------Goats For Sale-------------
I am doing a partial dispersal of the herd. I am mainly keeping older does that will be retired, some Aquatic daughters for future breeding, and a couple of my favorite pack wethers/pets. I will give a 10% discount on the total purchase price if you buy 2 goats and 20% discount if you buy 3 or more.
Adults for Sale (please see the Doe and Buck pages for pedigrees and more info on registered adults)
- Kastdemur's Aquatic $1,500 - 2021 ADGA Purebred LaMancha buck. Aquatic is a phenomenal buck with a who's who pedigree. The only reason is being offered for sale is because I am cutting back my herd to a very limited number of does, and they are all his daughters! He consistently produces extremely dairy, correct, kids. The udders on the first doe kids to freshen are beautiful, well attached udders. I am absolutely thrilled with his kids and he really deserves to be used more. He has a wonderful temperament and is very easy to handle. He has been shown a very limited number of times and was GCH and RGCH buck.
- Seven Winds JJ Sassafras $400 - 2021 ADGA Purebred LaMancha doe. Sassy is a correct, flashy doe. She has a well attached, beautiful udder. She has placed well at shows and I think will be a competitive doe as she matures. She can be standoffish and sometimes difficult to catch, but easy to handle once she's caught. She has not been milked consistently, but with some work she'd be a nice milking doe. I use a machine when I do milk the does and I usually just put a leg strap on her hind legs so she can't kick around. She is an excellent mother and raises beautiful, strong kids. Her 2024 doe kid, Eeek!, was first place in her class both days of the Great Falls ADGA show.
- Seven Winds AQ Mai Tai $350 - 2023 ADGA Purebred LaMancha Doe. This is another tough sell. I really wanted to keep this doe and freshen her next year, but I just have a lot going right now and I might be taking a year off from breeding. Mai Tai is a yearling and really needs to get her first freshener udder put on her. She's an eye catching doe that just needs some time to mature. Her pedigree is flawless with some of the best herdnames in the nation. She's a friendly doe and will be an excellent milker and show prospect.
- Timber & Kirby, $75 each - 2023 wethers with horns. Excellent pack goat prospects, but they do need some work. The will come right up to you and are mostly broke to lead. There is some attitude in these boys and they need consistent work to get them to a point where they can be easily saddled. They are nice sized wethers and will continue to grow.
2024 Kids Available
- "Eclipse" 2024 Doe kid out of Sand Stone Ridge SG Nefertiti and by Kastdemur's Aquatic. $350. Born April 8, 2024. She is tan colored with dark points and has a cute little moonspot-type marking over her back. Her full sister kidded this year with a gorgeous, socked-on udder (unfortunately she had a rough kidding and lost her kids, so she is has been dried up for the year). This will be fancy show kid and excellent milker. Will come with ADGA registration.
- "Eeek!" 2024 Doe kid out of Seven Winds JJ Sassafrass and by Kastdemur's Aquatic. $350. Born April 23, 2024. She is tan colored with dark points and a small spot of white on her side. She is large doe kid who should excel in show or milk. Her fulling siblings from 2023 were both wethers that I kept for packing and they are very large, correct looking boys. If you're looking for a good size and correct conformation, take a look at this girl. Will come with ADGA registration.
- "Extra" 2024 Doe Kid (Unregistered) - $75 Unfortunately, this super nice doe kid developed an extra teat, so she will be sold without papers. She is a full sister to Eeek and is slightly smaller than her sister, but still a nice, big kid. She would make a good pack goat prospect or just a pet. I have kept many does related to her dam over the years and this is the first time an extra teat has popped up, but I still wouldn't recommend breeding her just due to the undesirable trait of having the extra teat. She is not a show prospect, even at the 4-H level, due to the extra teat.
- "Briggs" 2024 Buck (Unregistered) - $75 Briggs is a friendly pack wether or pet prospect. He has been disbudded. He has not been wethered yet as I like to wait until 4-6 months to castrate my wethers. His dam is River, who is a very calm, easy going doe. Briggs should mature to a nice size for packing; I am keeping his littermate brother as a pack prospect.
