About Us

Seven Winds Farm is located in Great Falls, Montana. I raise registered Nigerian Dwarf and LaMancha dairy goats for milk and show.

Along with my mom from Anchors Aweigh Farm, we were the FIRST Nigerian Dwarf breeders in Montana to participate in both Linear Appraisals and DHIR milk tests and the first in the state to enroll in the ADGA Plus Program! We are proudly still enrolled in these programs.

Both herds are tested for CAE, CL, and Johnes annually. Most recent negative result as of July 2020.

I am a proud participant in the ADGA Plus Program. The ADGA Plus Program is designed to improve the genetic quality of the dairy goat industry. To be in the ADGA Plus Program a breeder must participate in DHI milk test, the Linear Appraisal program, and DNA testing. (Note: I am not in the ADGA Plus program for 2022 as MT is not on the list for LA's and I'm too busy for milk test)

I am working on getting DNA testing done for all goats in the herd. I am also adding Alpha s1 Casein testing. See this link for more information on Alpha s1 Casein Testing.
