His dam, Brash, is a beautiful doe who was just one leg away from her permanent championship when she passed away in 2018. Brash has already put some very lovely daughters on the ground including CH Sweet Deseret's SDCFlirtatious EEEE 91 (at 03-03 yrs), Sweet Deseret's SFM Hasty VVVV 86 (at 01-06 yrs), and Sweet Deseret's SFM Heckofa VVVV 87 (at 01-06yrs). Brash is also a full sibling to SG Lucky*Star's Brazen VEVE 89 (03-07 yrs).
Brash's dam, Xhibit, is one of my favorite does in the Lucky*Star's herd. Xhibit is the dam of 2 finished champions, 6 Superior Genetics and 5 goats scoring over 90 in LA including Lucky*Star's QT Zhimmer 3*M EEEE 90 (at 04-03yrs), SGCH Lucky*Star's RY Accolade 3*M EEEE 92 (06-07 yrs), Lucky*Star's RY Adam +*B EEE 91 (02-06 yrs), SGCH Lucky*Star's RY Acclaim 3*M EEEE 92, and SG Lucky*Star's TA Brash EEEE 91 (05-05 yrs). Xhibit was the #1 ADGA Breed Leader in 2010 for milk, butterfat, and protein at 2yr 10mth old with 305 days in milk, 4,830 lbs milk, 167 lbs fat (3.5%), and 146lbs protein (3.0%). In 2011 at 3yr 11 mths, Xhibit was #2 on the ADGA Breed Leaders list in milk and protein and in 2012 she was #1 in milk and #3 in protein.
Kahuna's sire, Journey, is a young buck with a powerful pedigree; his oldest kids were born in 2018. His dam, Epic, was 3x GCH and 1x Best In Show as a 3yr old doe. Epic has been appraised at EX92 twice as a 3yr old and 4yr old; her lowest LA score is EX90 as a 2yr old.
This buckling has an inbreeding coefficient of 10.98% with his top two contributors being SGCH Lucky*Star's LOT Xhibit 2*M EEEE 92 at 1.63% (see above for her information) and SGCH Tempo Hannah EEEV 91 (at 5yrs 3mths) at 1.62%. Tempo Hanna is a very beautiful doe who was 3xGCH, 2xRSGCH, 5xBOB, 1XBIS and was 3rd place at the 2009 ADGA National Show as 3yr old and 3rd place at the 2013 National Show as a Aged Doe.
